JOB RESPONSIBILITY OF SECURITY EXECUTIVE:
- Screen the passengers and their belongings in x-ray, HHMD & pad down search
- Check the aircraft as per security norms.
- Pre-flight checks, surveillance check in area

QUALIFICATION: Should be a basic AVSEC qualified candidate. Certified Scanner is desirable. Graduation from any recognised university is required. |
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE :
- JOB RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE:
- To assist in handling and managing all the works of vistara.
- Conduct checking, boarding, Ramp handling, arrival, baggage services in an effective and professional manner.
- Work closely with service partners ensure customer service delivery based on guidelines set out by ground Service Department.

SECURITY INCHARGE:
- To plan and manage all station security operations.
- Monitor security procedures.
- Attend meeting related to security issues.
- Prevention of incident of theft/ pilferage need to monitor identify and report security related cases.
- Should render all possible assistance to other department in disposition of security related passenger complaints
- Liaise with police authority in case of unruly passenger problems.
