- working women belongs to lower and middle income groups can only be eligible for TN GOVT WOMENS HOSTEL
- if the women applying for TN GOVT WOMENS HOSTEL is working in Chennai, her monthly income should be below 25000/-
- If the women applying for TN GOVT WOMENS HOSTEL is working in other than Chennai, her monthly income should be below 15000/-

- TN GOVT WOMENS HOSTEL is a non profit motive initiative by the government of Tamilnadu.
- The rent is negligible when compared with the general hostel rents in tamilnadu.
- For a middle class working women the monthly rent UNDER TN GOVT WOMENS HOSTEL scheme is just 300/-
TN GOVT WOMENS HOSTEL time period
- If a women is selected to stay in the TN GOVT WOMENS HOSTEL ,she can be a beneficiary for next 3 years.
- After 3 years she has to move from that hostel facility given by it possible in order to pay way to another women who is in need of safe and Secure hostel facilities.

- Income certificate of the applicant.
- Proof of address showing that the applicant belongs to district place other than the place where the hostel is located.
